Terms & Conditions – Mockify

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mockify mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By installing or using Mockify, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Mockify is developed and operated by Usman ("thechampusman"), an individual developer based in Delhi, India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mockify on your personal device for your own, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age of digital consent in your country or have permission from a parent/guardian to use Mockify.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Circumvent any security or technical protection measures
• Use the app to upload, share, or distribute harmful, offensive, or infringing content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

2. Content and Educational Purpose

2.1 Educational Use Only

Mockify provides mock tests, questions, and study material to help users prepare for exams. The content is for practice and educational purposes only and may not reflect actual exam questions.

2.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific exam results, job outcomes, or scores. Your success depends on your own efforts and the requirements of your exam or institution.

2.3 Intellectual Property

All content in the app (including questions, UI design, graphics, logos, and code) is owned by Usman ("thechampusman") or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

2.4 Non‑Affiliation and Official Sources

Mockify is an independent educational app that provides practice mock tests. Mockify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government body, exam authority, or recruitment board. All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.

3. Advertising and Support

3.1 Advertising

Mockify may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party ads or websites. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and them.

3.2 No In‑App Purchases

Mockify does not offer any in‑app purchases or paid subscriptions. You do not need to pay inside the app to use its features.

3.3 Support via QR Code

The app may display a QR code (for example, UPI / payment QR) or link that allows you to voluntarily support or donate to the developer (Usman, "thechampusman").

• Any support/donation is optional and not required to use the app.
• Supporting/donating does not unlock extra features or change how the app works.
• Payments made by scanning the QR code are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Paytm), and their terms and privacy policies apply.

4. Privacy

Your use of Mockify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the app, you agree to the Privacy Policy as updated from time to time.

5. Service Availability and Changes

5.1 No Guarantee of Availability

While we aim to keep Mockify available and functioning smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will be free from errors.

5.2 Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app (including features, content, or availability) at any time, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mockify is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

You use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usman ("thechampusman") and any collaborators or partners will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, exam results, opportunities, or profits
• Any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service (if any) in the past 12 months, or the minimum amount required by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usman ("thechampusman") from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your:

• Use or misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law or rights of a third party

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mockify at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abusive or harmful behavior.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately
• Sections that by their nature should survive (such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India, unless applicable laws require otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top.

If you continue to use the app after changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
